WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We have a location in Dubai, UAE. Our headquarters are based in Chicago, IL, USA.
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal for all orders. If you would like to be invoiced instead of a credit card or PayPal payment, then please contact customer support. We must approve all customers who want to be invoiced before we accept those orders.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
At Restaurantware, we pride ourselves on shipping as quickly as possible. Thus, cancellation may not always be an option. We are the primary manufacturer of the products listed on our website. Restaurantware is a lead manufacturer for restaurant tableware worldwide.
IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT?
No, we do not have a minimum purchase requirement on our standard cases.
DO YOU SELL DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC?
Yes, we sell directly to the public online and by phone.
MAY I PICK UP FROM THE WAREHOUSE?
No, we do not allow pick ups from the warehouse at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
DO YOU SHIP SAMPLES?
Yes, we do send samples for a flat 40 dirhams. Please call or email customer support for more information.
